Housing for local people
As part of The Malthouse restoration project five purpose-built flats were also constructed on site. The accommodation comprises of three first floor flats and two ground floor flats, which are wheelchair accessible and offer an additional bedroom for a live-in carer.
The flats are for people who have a general housing need and have been referred to St Matthew Housing by the local authority.
